 OUR GOAL LEADERSHIP Lily Wisdom Valerie Ricketts Genevia Brown Enid James VISION: To lead the children to Jesus and help to Disciple them in their daily walk with Him, and focusing on the Great Commission - helping them to grow in faith and obedient service, and teaching them to be inspired to teach others. MISSION: To nurture the children in a loving, serving relationship with Jesus Christ, partnering with Him and seeking His guidance. BOOKS FOR THIS 'TERM'S MINISTRY - • Christ Object Lessons • 27 Fundamental beliefs of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Presentations will be simplified and broken down to the children's level of understanding, making their church experience exciting and creative, with the hope of them carrying their love and personal commitment to Jesus, into their teenage years - knowing and understanding exactly what they believe and in Whom they believe! CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS • Children's story during Worship Hour - 1St, 2nd and 4th Sabbaths • Children's story during Service of Humility - once per quarter. • Children's Day Program - While training and mentoring the children for service, we will seek opportunities that will help to mature and develop their leadership skills in service to God and to the Church family. • Crafts weekend - Involving the children in fun activities, maybe also inviting children from the community - on a Sunday morning, from about 9:00 to 12:00.
